Check out our new Fall Schedule which will run August 19-December 31st. We have lots of new classes and new teachers! We welcome Megan Okansky and Teo Whitmore to our team. We have two new classes on the schedule too! AcroJam (Acro Yoga with Live Drumming - every other Friday night, 6-8pm), and Restorative Thai Yoga with James on Sundays at 6:00pm. Come check it out!

Pilates is here! Come and try it! 15 Pilates and Pilates-Yoga Blended Classes now online. *Yoga-Only memberships do not cover Pilates classes. If you are on a current yoga membership then come and try your first Pilates class for free. We will comp you so you can see what it is all about. You also can now upgrade to a Yoga-Pilates combo membership or use single drop-ins or class passes to practice Pilates. If you just want to do Pilates there is a membership just for you!

Full Pilates schedule launched for Fall! 2-3 Pilates Classes per day, one on Saturday and two on Sunday! Gentle Pilates, Pilates Core-34, Intro. to Pilates, Pilates All Level, Hot Pilates, and Pilates Level II. We also have blended classes that combine yoga and Pilates - YogaLates and Core Yoga. These blended classes are included in both yoga and Pilates memberships. Come and join the fun. Build you core!
